Everyone, not just white people, loved making fun of black hair until black people decided to stop giving a fuck about their bum ass opinions. Now they all want the “natural hair” umbrella. Cause, if you can’t put down black people for doing it, then you have to be part of it, cause letting black people shine on their own is threatening.

🙊🙊🙊.

“People waste way too much energy taking things personally. That Facebook post is probably not about you. It was probably an accident that you weren’t tagged in that picture. And the person you’re dating is probably acting sad because that’s how they respond to setbacks at work, not because of anything you did.”

Shit, she coulda stopped after the 1st sentence.

Any tips for getting over someone?

I don’t know if I’m qualified to give tips on anything but…

1.) Cut off. Completely… Nah, you don’t need to,”check up on ‘em.” Their mom will be fine without you randomly making contact. Their younger sibling will find a new big homie to look up to. Save those, “this reminded me of you…” texts for your next girl, etc etc… COMPLETELY.

2.) Forgive. Doesn’t matter who did what & who’s fault it was. Let that hurt go, bruh.

3.) Go work on YOU. Better yourself & see how you can bring more to the table.

You’ll be aight, lol.
